Ive lived here for almost a decade. This place has always been loud its just built all wrong. Its like a Racquetball court And you live in a tent. I can hear everything that happens outside like its happening inside my Appartment. Management will put out a news letter occasionally addressing noise in common arias but they never do anything to enforce it. People let there kids play in the courtyard and they get very loud. They scream, yell and run In These arias shared areas all day long. It gets so unbearable I have to leave my appointment during the evenings sometime just to get some quiet. Ive notified management several times over the years. When I first moved in there was a different manager and he definitely handled theses things better. The person they put in place of him will not even return calls or emails. Besides the noise the place can get pretty nasty with the kids out side all days. They mess up the landscaping, leave toys and food trash out like its there own yard. The washers on grounds are owned by a separate company so the apartment isnt in charge of its maintenance witch means they are ALWAYS BROKEN!!! Would not recommend to a friend for these reasons.
