The manager, Kevin Samuels, was very friendly when I toured the apartments/unit. However, I experienced poor communication. I was told that I would be able to get my holding deposit back which I have yet to receive. I applied August 2023 and I was informed I will be getting a refund September 2023. Its now March 2024 and I still havent received my refund. I understand that holding deposit refunds arent always guaranteed, but I would have appreciated if that was communicated rather than making it seem as if I would be granted a refund when that was never the intention.

Was told an apt would be held for a 250 dollar fee. This never happened. Untrustworthy complex. Will not return fee for almost a month by mail
