Im trying to rent an apartment from you, but its already 5 days ago, I leave a request for a tour everywhere, I call the number and no one answers. Where is manager? People? Corporate?

All the negative comments about Ana and management are true. Management is truly incompetent and issues are not dealt with in a timely manner. Something is always broken; whether it be the elevators or garage doors. Security has also been a big issue with break ins and packages are always stolen.
I was charged for a full year of renters insurance even though I provided proof (within the 1st month of getting charged) and have yet to be refunded. I continue to get the run around from both Rachel and Ana.
There's deceptive bait and switch tactics- some amenities are only fee based although they make it seem it's included. Trying to reserve certain spaces will result in denial since they will lie about availability.
Parking is also an issue with people parking where ever they please. Ana apparently has a strict no parking rule in "reserved" spaces near the office that doesn't apply to her since she will have acquaintances park over night, no qualms.
I STRONGLY SUGGEST LOOKING ELSEWHERE. Once you've signed a lease they can care less about you and management becomes impossible to reach. Noise pollution is crazy with loud music and dogs barking at ALL times. Keep your peace and stay away from Watermark.
