This guy is horrible, never gives a real answer always changes his story and has very obvious addiction problems. hard to believe he is still allowed to be in business with all the law suits he has had. almost every day his shop opens an hour late, listen to the other reviews of this guy he will rip you off and lie to your face and your car will come back in worse shape than it came in. The staff is unprofessional and this is not a place of knowledgeable technicians be aware.

Brought my jeep in for a "3-day job." Even brought all the equipment needed. 6 months later and over $5k spent, i finally got my car back with more things broken then when I brought it in. I'm missing parts of the car that were there when I brought it in. A BRAND NEW, sealed radio in the box was given and destroyed. Never installed, never got it back. Switches were removed so there are holes in the dash where they used to be. 50% of the electronics dont even work now. I was looking for an UPGRADE to the car, and now it's far worse than when I got it. Talk about frustration. I was told every day "it will be ready tomorrow." Then, "it will be ready in 1 week." Finally, i said, look, I'm leaving town for 2 weeks. It will be ready when I get back? "Absolutely, won't be a problem at all." Nope. When it was finally "finished" it drove, but nothing worked. Radio. Nope. Turn signals. Nope. The battery now drains because Chuck told me himself that he couldnt figure out how the blower was always on (new problem it didn't have before.) Ugh. Took it to another mechanic who was besides himself. Nothing was done correctly. 2 days later, everything fixed that was broken by AG Automotive and at a fraction of a cost. See other reviews on Yelp. I'm not alone. ****UPDATE**** Take a look at this guy's response. Says everything. What kind of "master mechanic" installs a radio UPSIDE DOWN? Lol. That was just the tip of the iceberg, too. Embarrassing. But, live and learn. Hopefully no one else has to experience this. Check out his recent Yelp reviews. He's been taken to court multiple times, and the court, shockingly, finds in favor of the customers. ***UPDATE*** Small claims court victory - the judge was APPALLED at Chuck's deliberate fraud. He commended me for bringing this to light and encouraged me to report him to the BBB Service: Electrical repair
