one banker got help customer but i ask the manager,and she said we have two banker that they are booked for one or two weeks and i need wait maybe they can help me. but i see one of them didn't got help customer! Long waiting time , first on the line for 10 people was front of ne on the line. Eventually waited for more than one hour to close my account then Tanya (manager)got me help For closing the account but TANYA requested my passport or certificate of citizenship and said it takes 3 or more day to process the request to give approval to close your account. This bank is funny . Absolutely will close this bank account and credit as well.

Very bad customer service last week my dad made an appointment and it was today in the morning when we came in the security just looked at us weird and then he came up too us asking what do we want , he didnt let us wait for anyone else and he seem mad

in line for 30 mins and got in the window with new teller and did not know what to and there is no supervisor to help her. i have to wait for a supervisor to help for over 15-20 mins. So I spend over hour for a transaction should only take no more than 10 mins. This not the first time for this branch been so slow. AVOID this branch location if you DO NOT MIND to wait.
