        The lady answering the phone is extremely rude. I called to update my email address after asking for a quote and she cut me off and told me she didnt have time to deal with me. Dont understand how you can treat a person whos spending money at your business like this.

        Had 3 rugs cleaned and repaired. 2 silk and 1 wool. They did a great job with both washing and repairs. It took longer than expected, however after seeing the results, perfectly understandable. They're professionals and know their business.       Dear Adriana, American Carpet that you work for has been sending rugs to our facility for over 20 years. You should know that not all staff have access to our email systems. We only have one person who has access to do this and he was out but the cleaning techs gave you the quote over the phone to your office so you can relay to your customer. The following day our office staff emailed you. You are an employee of American Carpet and we have been working with your office for over 20 years and you are still bringing your clients rugs to our facility for cleaning.
