        Kinda weird to be a phone store that hasn't had any phones since Christmas. They have phones at other stores so it's not a supply chain issue

        They were helpful even though they gave me incorrect info regarding my account. However they suggested that I call customer service. I did. Customer service lowered my bill by $15 per month. It was well worth the walk into the store.
