I went in this store to get a phones line I absolutely needed, the man in the store was all by himself. He didnt want to get up but once I got colder to the front where he was hiding got up and without any kids of greetings or even asking if he could help, he gave me the impression that he is in no mode of selling or doing anything sort of business. Since I already knew what I wanted, because I had done a little research before. I did my purchase and got out of that crazy place. He didnt even say thank you and bye or anything he went in the back while I was talking. Carlos R. Is not a person who needs a job deal with people. I think he wants to play games all day long at his parents basement or something.

My son went into the cricket store after talking with cricket customer service trying to setting up virtually everything for activation. He didn't have enough moneyat that time, then he went inside the store they were trying to sell them on an additional SIM card as an necessary. One star goes to the customer service person who actually helped him. I call the store he went to , it went to voicemail with the mailbox full so you can't leave a message. Not worth your time or money.
