This is going to sound like bull**** but it's 100% true. I live in Los Angeles but was in Austin, TX working on a movie when my computer seized up including my email. Everything in the movie business is now paperless...my email is my lifeline as it is for most of us. All contracts, scheduling, future shows, etc, etc. I called Mark Haddad. He called me back from the airport in Istanbul! He was traveling and on a layover with his wife and baby! His infant in one hand, phone in the other in a crowded airport he spent 45 minutes walking me through the tangled mess I had made of my computer. As usual he was patient, mellow, and a problem solving wizard. Thanks Mark for always being there when I need you!

Mark was phenomenal! The repair got delayed due to later shipment. However, Mark tried all he could to get the computer back to me as he first promised so that I can have it before I depart for my business trip. He carved out some time before he went on to celebrate Father's Day (his first) to get it to me! I am sure he worked after hours the night before to get it fixed. I am happy with the overall quality of repair, turn around time, price, and over-the-top service!

Let me tell you something, when your computer crashes and you have no idea what you're doing I recommend you have Mark on your side. He assisted me throughout the whole process with restoring my files and getting my computer back to work even way after business hours and into the night, and made sure I could keep on running even what it was close to midnight. Thank you for great service will definitely come again if I need to and recommend you to others.

Mark came into my apartment with empty hands (his knowledge is his tools), sat down at my PC and went to work. In what seemed like a flash he had figured out the problem (I wasn't able to get online) and got to work fixing it. It's been a couple of weeks and the PC is not only having no problems getting online but is also running much more smoothly in general. I highly recommend him. Thank you.

My MacBook got destroyed by a bad charger I bought in Amazon. When I went to Apple they informed me that the computer is destroyed and I lost everything on it. I was very upset (I didn't have anything backed up), and couldn't believe everything was lost. After taking to Mark, I brought my computer to him to check if there is anything he could do. Mark was very professional and informed me about the problem and the cost of the repair. After few weeks, my computer was fixed and he recover everything I had on it. I'm very happy with the result and that I went to him.
