I was very happy with the service I got from this company. He did a wonderful job of fixing my son's virus damaged pc and would recommend him to anyone. His pricing was very reasonable for the services rendered and he offered appropriate add-ons (didn't feel pressured or like he was trying to trick me). I would love to recommend others about these IT Company.

Computinet IT services set up our small office with a server a couple years ago and it has been a huge help in productivity. Recently we got a new computer and they got us up and running quickly again. Most recently they have helped us migrate our website and email servers to another hosting company. They are very professional and understand that not everyone understands everything about computers. They take the time to explain (dumb down) everything for us computer illiterate people. I find that most computer savvy/IT people will talk like everyone knows the lingo as much as they do....then kind of huff when you ask them to explain it in layman's terms. Computinet IT services takes the time to explain everything which goes miles in the customer service department. Something that seems to be severely lacking in the IT world. That's why you should definitely give these guys a go.

Back in 2018 I accidentally deleted my laptop's profile. I've spent two weeks trying to revive it to no avail. I found Computinet online, dropped the laptop off at a location in Burbank, and got it fixed the same day. This time around when my other laptop stopped booting I did not want to push my luck and immediately contacted the same company. Again, I've got a consistent same day service. I agree, no parts purchasing was involved but still I found it to be pretty amazing!

Amazing people I have met with. I just started my new Business and was in need of my own NETWORK SERVER and i was wandering here and there looking for a group of people or crew or a team who would be matched with both my price and my kind of people. And i found them and they are just amazing and so on. They are work is on another level and they installed it within the limited time that i'm still having a hard time to believe and they are still helping me on through calls and mails whenever i have any IT related issue. I just love em. You will know when you see them by yourself.
