I had been to this dental clinic before some years ago, and although I didn't like the atmosphere by the assistants who we're always arguing with one another in front of patients, I decided to give it another try as the only thing I needed was a night guard and according to Corina, the office manager, they have a special going on this month. My complaint: first Corina didn't want to accept CareCredit as my form of payment if I didn't spend $500, claiming that is CareCredit who doesn't allow spending less than $500 and I should spend more than the $250, the price of my night guard. She's asked my I I needed to do more dental work and I said no. What she said sounded ridiculous so I called CareCredit and they clarified that what Corina said is not true and I can spend any amount I need. I called Reseda dental back and told Corina what I was informed by CareCredit, she said a whole bunch of nothing and agreed to give me an appointment. 2nd complaint: Corina gives me a Saturday appointment at 10:00 am. I asked her if it would be a short visit, As I needed to do several things during my Saturday. She told me not to worry and that as soon as I got there at 10:00 am, I would be taken the molds for my night guard and be out quickly. Saturday I show up at 10:00am as scheduled and another assistant was there. I don't know her name but is the very heavy set one. She asks me to put my name down so I do and I let her know I'm there for the molds to make my night guard. and my appointment is scheduled for 10:00 am. Told her I had spoken to Corina and she had told me it was a quick appointment. She very rudely says to me, well the doctor gets here 10:30 and there are other 2 patients ahead of you, so you'll be the 3rd one to be seen. I asked why do they give 10:00 I clock appointments if the doctor doesn't get here till 10:30? is lying to the patients. She says I didn't lie to you so I don't know what to say with a horrible attitude. Bottom line is, this is a clinic run by very unprofessional staff members where they lie and treat patients rudely and disrespectfully. Don't go to this clinic if you want good service, you'll be terribly disappointed as I am.

Worst customer service, couldn't even figure out how to read my insurance info and then blamed me for it and the Dentist didn't even speak to me before he said sit back and started poking around in my mouth and immediately insisted on a root canal. After a second opinion I was told I did not need a root canal but just a filling as there is no infection. Go figure. Defund bad customer service!!

If you want to be over charged for a service, please, use this doctor's services.... I was quoted 500 and ended up with a 1,100 bill, how nice is that???
