This is absolutely the worst customer service, and the most unprofessional individuals I have ever seen on a business. I would save your troubles and not go to this florist. Theyre very rude. We had a death in the family and were relying on them to create huge flowers to take to the funeral, and they backed out on us halfway through the order and said we need to make money to, and they nickel and dime to every little thing they didnt want to create a banner for the flowers I can go on and on with how unprofessional they were.

We chose her flower shop for our graduation and wow! I showed her pictures of what I wanted and they were exactly what we needed! Thank you so much

I ordered flowers from this florist and when I got it, it was bad. She is very unprofessional and a racist. When I asked her if this the way she treats her customers with disrespect, she said to me, I only treat black people with disrespect and would not refund me for the bad job she did. I will never order anything from this racist florist

Flowers were delivered at 8:30 at night on the persons birthday. The basket was cheap looking and fragile. The green sponge in the middle was over flowing and was too big. They shouldve put more flowers in it. The flowers that were in it were crumpled and old looking. I called to talk to them and the mail box is full message is on. They dont pick up.
