I couldn't be more happy with HearUSA in Reseda and their entire staff especially Desiree. After I experienced a scary sudden emergency hearing loss (& after seeing my ENT), they squeezed me in the same day to perform an audiogram and thereafter dispensed great hearing aids (covered by my insurance). Desiree, Melissa, and Jen all took their time to carefully explain everything to me. They all have their patients best interests at heart.

Everyone treats me so well and like a family. I have been with them at the Reseda branch since 1999. My hearing disability became not a hindrance for me anymore. They always know how to address any fears I might have due to my hearing disability. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart!

The personal at Hear USA Reseda, California are without exception perfect to deal with. They show immediate concern for my problems or issues and quickly set a plan to address them. They show exemplary ability to find and fix any problems or issues with my hearing aids. They have been an absolute delight to work with.
