We contract Nataly for a small remodeling in our house and we were so happy with her work that we decided to do all the house! (carpet, painting indoor and outdoor, furniture, curtains, the new kids room, bathrooms etc) she is taking care of the money and putting attention to every detail with is really nice. We have great communication and she is being really patient with our busy schedules. The contractors are being really careful and respectful. We cant say enough great things about Natali and her crew! We first contacted her when we purchased our house, which we wanted to convert to an Airbnb. Although we had quite a lot of ideas and renovations in mind, she was able to take our vision and bring it all to life. Natali first started with the full remodeling of the house. The bathroom was fully remodeled, followed by an interior and exterior paint job. They then did a full front yard and backyard job, along with landscaping and design. She then went the extra mile to purchase all furniture and finished off by decorating in every aspect she could. We were beyond happy with the finished product and cant thank her enough. We absolutely loved the professionalism, dedication, and the service overall. Our hosts absolutely love the place and leave high rated reviews. Overall, it was a pleasure working with her. I highly recommend her to anyone and look forward to working with her in the future again!

As real estate agent it's extremely important to be dominant in the market. What's more important is to do your job and to sell the property for the right price to the right people. So far I believe we all on the same page, in order to do so, you have to work with the right team. There is where the design and staging company come in the game, you can imagine how important this piece of puzzle in the big picture, that is the moment I'm calling PMC design and staging, it take few minutes phone conversation with Natali I'm out of the picture she is in and things get done by the book, after few homes we did together I figured she knows the job better than me and probably better than anyone in the industry so why bother, I'm just watching the spectacle, she is true artist, right cost, personal service and high end result it's hard to find (usually you have to give up on one) that's why I keep hiring PMC!
