        I went in to buy a kids watch they insisted and promised me the promo that came with the purchase I would be able to return with no fee and no problem! Told me I would receive a email regarding my purchase and never gave me paper work like they normally do after a purchase. it was very difficult to return the promo and at the end I had to pay to return a item they said and promised I would not have to pay! Be careful with misleading information they say its on the paper work but never do mention the no refund if the promotion isnt for you.

        They lie about replacing a screen protector its been 2 weeks and counting and yet no results about the issue they dont call nothing very poor service

        I was there a few days ago asking about the s24 new galaxy, they told me to wait until they get in the phones in. Now when I called them they said I should have pre ordered, If I would have pre ordered I would have gotten a much better deal. Now that just sucks, I was there asking for a pre ordered and, if they would have told me about the deal I would have jumped on it. Not buying anything from this shop
