DO NOT COME HERE!! NURSE PRACTITIONER CHLOIE BUNYE literally walked out of my husband's appointment because he asked her if she was a doctor. She is immature and should not be providing ANY patient care with that behavior. Medical professionals know proper bedside manner for patients and treat people with respect. This place will literally leave you out in the cold. I have never been so appalled by a medical professional, she doesn't even deserve to have her NP license.

Don't go here for any testing, physicals or medical advice. You'll never get any results. I been coming here for about 6 years. My condition only got worse. These people will let you die. So if you are ready to die, then come here. They have lost my blood work 2x. Sent me out for all kinds of tests, and never get results. Maybe only good for drug addicts but NOT Primary Care.

If you eat slow they came take your food and threw in the trash , that is too rude . Requesting Lyft fir transport they put you outside in the heat fir 3/4 hours to be dehydrated as we are done with you . Not a prifessionsl service .

Truly grateful to have places like these around. When there was no one else to turn to and I was at deaths door they took me in and saved my life. Thanks to all involved. Idk what I'd do or if I'd even be alive without places like tarzana and people along the way lending a helping hand. I went in for detox and treatment for alcoholism. It's no 5 star resort and I've had a couple problems there but nowhere is perfect and they really do care. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get sober. I can only speak on the Lancaster rehab and the tarzana central detox as I have no experience with the tarzana locations residential rehab so I can't speak on that one. Ive only been to this place as a last resort when I was literally about to die on the streets, so my standards are probably different than people with private insurance or self pay or people who are expecting more luxurious accomodations

I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. I came here for treatment in November 2022 with private insurance didn't do much research just wanted to get help. This place is a public facility, they cater to medi cal which is fine . How ever after being admitted I was told I would be here for 30 days , after 10 days they kicked me to the curb and I relapsed the same day . They told me my insurance said I was stable , how ever fast forward 1 month , I did the proper research and found a place called Sunrise recovery Ranch in Riverside who accepted my insurance and kept me for 40 days and I have been sober ever since , 6 months sober today . Also on top of this , the counselors I had at the ranch were nice and understanding. The counselors are Tarzana treated you like prisoners. Multiple fights between residents in the yard. This place will not get you sober , it's just a place for court ordered people who are wasting their time .
