Birria Del Valle

Birria Del Valle is my go to birria spot in The San Fernando Valley. I would go as far to say it's the best of all LA county. I've had thier mulittas, quesabirria and had for the first time today thier Birria Noodles in which all have been outstanding in taste, filling and freshness. It's a must try no doubt & mock my words when I say you will keep coming back. If I could rate it's overall quality, it's beyond a five star rating.

Could we be talking about the best brewery in LA and the surrounding area? Indeed. A delicious consomm to accompany your tacos, quesadillas or a cold splash while you wait for your order. All homemade and made with good quality products. In a residential area, quiet and next to a commercial area. Ideal for a stop between purchases.

This place came up as highly rated. Staying above a 4.3 is pretty difficult for any restaurant, but they managed to achieve a decent rating. Pretty strong location for a truck. Enough parking with good views of the street. The menu is not overwhelming as they keep it pretty simple. Now I'd like to note that while our order wasn't small, it also didn't justify a 35 min wait time. We ordered meals for 3 People. Persons who ordered after us received their meals before we did. I would let that slide if you were able to order online, but there are no indications of that. Service was just that slow. The food was fresh, filling and tasty, thankfully. I'll reserve the right to review them again if I have time to waste and am wanting some slightly above average Birria Tacos.
