I would give it a zero rating if that was an option. This is a fraudulent practice that takes advantage of Medicare and elderly who can’t understand what their Medicare is being charged for. They send a non medical personnel to people’s homes and not only charge for a doctor’s visit but charge for services that are not even rendered. I have verified that this has not been an isolated occurrence. I don’t know what goes on in the office but please look at your EOBs and be aware. Doctors like him result in an increase Medicare cost and the reduction in services covered because they so fraudulently drive the cost up.

I brought the lady under my care and Dr. Otiko did a good job of removing her ingrown toenail. Everyone in this clinic is very accommodating and friendly and they even give shoes. We’re glad found them online!
