My experience with Enix Properties and with Dylan and his team was 5/5. I would absolutely recommend this company to whoever is looking to sell their property and do not want to have to deal with people or companies wasting their time. This company is the real deal! Their process was simple to follow and they addressed all of my questions. They made their offer and yes, there was a little back and forth before we ultimately agreed on price and terms. The refreshing thing about this company was not once did I feel like I was being pressured. Dylan was upfront but polite, which made our interaction enjoyable. I sold them a property that I owned in Beloit, Wisconsin. I did not have any more financial use for it and because they had some leeway with their offer I was able to sell it for a solid amount to them. In addition, they were able to accomodate the timeframe of when I wanted escrow to close. If you're looking for a reliable company, then this is your sign to give them call. I had an outstanding experience working with Enix Properties. Dylan and his team were not only a pleasure to work with, but they also delivered on their promises.
Unlike other "we buy houses" companies, Enix Properties gave me a fair offer for my rental property in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. They explained their reasoning clearly and were transparent throughout the entire process.

I had a wonderful experience working with Enix Properties. Their buying process was easy to follow and they were always encouraging in answering any questions or concerns I had. I sold them a property in Racine, WI that I had been looking to off load for some time now. Not once did Dylan or his team ever try to pressure or rush me while I was working with them.
