        I come to this store about 2 or 3 times a week and normally interact with Tania, Daisy or Briza and they are always helpful and knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills, would definitely 100% recommend this store.

        This UPS store is terrible. They stole one return package of Amazon. I brougth in 6 packages to return to Amazon, and had one open since I ran out of tape, the girl wasn't help to tape it and hurry to finished print out only 5 receipts then , she add in another receipt later and left my box open. She said she gonna tape it later and send to Amazon same day with other but ended up Amazon only received 5 packages & refunded only 5 pack. I went back and asked her but she said she did sent all 6 packages the same day. But Amazon said never received the 6th box! Terrible store, rude & steeling staffs there!
