        First time ever needing a tow and could not have asked for a better experience!

        Attended my service call within time promised. Driver accepted a drop off for my extra passenger( it was obviously within the route). Tow was approximately 50 miles and car made it safe to the shop I requested. Driver Abdu was professional and called to make sure he was at the right location.

        My car was inoperable due to the faulty Intoxylock machine installed on my vehicle. Fernando came to my location and assisted me in taking my vehicle to the service center. Fernando was caring and helpful. Overall the transition was a pleasant experience! Definitely recommend RB Towing! Give Fernando a raise!! He definitely deserves it his customer service is stellar!
