Enterprise Rent-A-Car

DO NOt RENT HERE Poor customer service!! I reserved a car last minute because I had my car in the shop. I showed up to get a car, and they said oh we are out of cars." I said wait you have at least 15 parked in your lot ." "Those are waiting for transport." Sorry, but looked like to me you didn't want to work.

Made a reservation with them and the day I was supposed to be picked up they say they not only have no vehicles but have a wait list....here's a thought dont approve a reservation if you don't have the vehicles!...was supposed to take someone out of town for a surgery and now we have to find another ride or reschedule the surgery.

Never have the car you reserve!!! Always have a back up plan with enterprise in ridgecrest

Didnt have the rental I made. I made it for a truck & they offered a van instead. They also refused my bank/debit card & said they can only do credit card.

I had a wonderful experience here! I came in yesterday to rent a car while my car was in the shop. I just so happened to lose my voice that morning and Bre was extremely patient and helpful! It didnt seem like they had much inventory but Bre got me and my baby in such a beautiful car - it was so clean and ran very smoothly! (Honestly I wish I couldve taken that car home with me!) Very much recommend and will definitely come back! Thank you Bre!
