        Very nice owner and managers! All three of them were super caring, helped us out with everything even though we were late arrivals and just got there by chance while looking for a place to stay for the night. We enjoyed a hot shower and had WiFi for the stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Thank you so much!! Lovely greetings!!

        It looks ok but they won't except anyone who's income is below 1100 dollars per month pretty rediculious concidering there's no room to even turn around in any vehicle and they are against low income amarican citizen's and disabled folks so don't bother with the elite trailer trash folks

        Nice small site. Stayed one night whilst passing through on the way to death valley. Facilities were clean and well looked after and the day rate was reasonably priced. Mark and ladybug couldn't do enough for us and the long term tenants were friendly.

      We have minimum standards in our parks. Any respectable park or rental unit must have have standards . This is a quiet family park where all our tenants are happy . Best of luck on your search john .
