        Serious customer service issues. I get the sense that it is systemic and starts from the top down. Very obvious that they do not value their customers. They can get away with it due to very little competition. Franchise should look in to whoever owns this location.

        Should be a zero star rating. So first they dont honor their hours. Says 10 AM to 9 PM for Thursdays but we came at 7:45 PM and they wouldnt take our order because they were leaving. And some of the other misfortunes we faced with this company are, the reward system was flawed and dysfunctional, and they wont even deliver to our house, that was like 15 minutes away. Overall worst Dominos I have ever been to. And also at the worst time, because the pizza place of the village is condemned, so they should really be stepping up their game, not stepping down their game.
