I signed up for Herger about 2 months ago, due to price. Since then I've been told numerous times they will "fill my tank". I've went thru the tank inspections, etc. and have requested they fill my tank as soon as possible, because I like it full (for reasons) . I have requested they simply "keep it full" , the response i get is "we try not to fill it until it gets down to 40%"... so here's my dilemma.. I have 4 freezers full of top quality meat. and a medial need for power, have a generator backup, if the power goes out, I NEED my propane generator to work. I simply want, and need my tank full at all times. The price point was nice, but id rather go with my local company that actually listens to MY needs, and not theirs. The only good thing that came out of this was ..... my thoughts of saving a few on price, was not a good one, i value dedication, a company listening to my needs, and delivering on what they say. Good Luck in your future Herger, im sure my little self wont make any difference.

A BIG THANK YOU TO HERGER GAS!
I was having trouble with just setting up my account with another propane company that had reached over 6 hours of my time when I was recommended Herger Gas. What a difference! It was 8 minutes and a DocuSign to set up my account, and automatic fills and billing. I had a hiccup on my part that left me without propane and Carrie was able to get me a fill nearly immediately and this was also just after the worst storm in 20 years that had utilities down for up to 5 days.
Even if you use a different company, consider switching. You don't want to find out your propane company is subpar when your out of hot water and cannot run the heater in 30 weather.
Also, I was having a family emergency, and Carrie remembered and inquired. It's a personal touch hard to find.
Just use Herger.
They also own and fill the tank, so it's one company for both! The driver was very kind and can drive like a boss! No tire tracks on my grass.

Worked with us to get us propane for our hospital's back up generator. It took them 5 min to email us a document and get it set up from scratch. Thank you!

A HUGE shoutout to Herger Gas. What a wonderful company with a great staff. Kind, thoughtful, friendly ..... can't even come up with enough nice things to say about Herger. We have two propane tanks on the property. The drivers always remember where they are located and the driver today even remembered me from two years ago. I know you have thousands of customers and I was very pleased to know the driver remembered me. Great customer service. Thanks !!!!!!!!!!!
August 11, 2023 - You're staff is awesome!!!!!!!! Just called this morning; wasn't expecting propane delivery until next week; I go to the store; come home and the driver has come and gone already. You all are wonderful !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
