We highly recommend 911 Hazmat for any extreme clean up situation you may have! We were thrown into a horrendous toxic situation with a relatives home. A friend recommended 911 Hazmat to do our clean-up. They went above and beyond our expectations! They brought organization and thorough explanation of everything they were going to do and lists of everything they removed and kept. They included and informed us of what they were doing every step of the way, including almost 5,000 photos throughout the two-week process. All the photos were placed on a private website we could easily see what they were doing. Some of the bio hazards they had to clean were: human waste, animal waste, rodent feces, roach feces, maggots, hoarding, and gross filth. It was a drug user site and they transformed a toxic situation into a clean and livable environment. They were hard-working, available 24/7, reassuring, kind, compassionate, and empathetic. They included us in making decisions and made us feel like teammates in the process. All the workers were so nice. Everything was done with the highest quality from the best PPE to delicious lunches from local restaurants like Chilis. They not only took care of our needs, but we felt honored by them. We are very grateful for their services.
