This type of online platform is used to share reviews of quality of service and experience, and from what you wrote, your service was great but sadly your review does not reflect that. If this has to do with a matter other than quality of service, a direct email or phone call is much appreciated as a better way of communication rather than using a review based platform like this. I do want to share publicly that first and foremost we have a very tight knit team who treat each other as family, and they will attest to that. Being that we all work in a high stress environment like an open kitchen restaurant, there are bound to be moments of frustration. Very rarely do these moments happen, but if you ever worked in a restaurant, you would understand it does happen. And if I am correct in the situation of why this was posted, I can ensure you, and the public, our whole team resolved any conflict the next morning with apologies and a better understanding on how to communicate with each other. No employee is mistreated to an extent for the public to assume otherwise based on this review.
