Starbucks

i usually come on tuesday - thursday mornings, and omg everyone is so friendly but the drinks are so good i was just telling my dad that i always order the same at every starbucks but here they always make it so perfect

I placed my order online, arrived at the time the order said woukd be ready. The drinks were there, not the food. I askwd for a cup holder for 3 drinks. I waited about 10 min for the food to be ready, keep in mind im on my lunch break and taking lumch to my wife and 2 kids. As im waiting for the order, I see 3 employees where they warm up the food, giggling, dancing to the music that was playing and having conversation, axting goofy as if they were in a highschool class. Im waiting for the breakfast burrito, turkey pesto, sausage egg sandwhich, and the ham and swiss croissant. They bring the bag with food items, I check for count in case thet missed and item and left. I get home, pass out the food to my family. Unfortunatly I had to told the Ham and swiss croissant away because it was burnt, over cooked, hard as a rock. I gave my daughter my food iteam breakfast burrito. This is really upsetting, these employees requsting 20$ an hour but they cant produce or deliver quality food and they also expect a tip? They should go back to 8$ an hour.

Always friendly, acknowledge you when you walk in. Service except when really busy is quick.
