Such a big help. I went in there not knowing anything in what to get. The lady at the counter was so sweet and knew exactly what I needed. I wish I got her name but it was March 29 around 11:00am. Thank you for helping me feel beautiful again!!!

Alex had exceptional customer service!! He helped me as soon as a I walked in. Matched me to my right color and asked if I needed more help. He let me know theres promotions and got a product shipped to my house. Super awesome and helpful. Enjoyed my experience.

The employees at this Mac location are very welcoming and kind. When they shade match my foundation, they provided makeup remover and even applied moisturizer first to protect my skin. They are caring and listens to your needs. Honestly my experience at Mac is way better than at Sephora.

I just left I returned 3 things that I bought a couple days before that were color matched horrible the person who helped me return my stuff I didnt get her name but I came literally Wednesday at 2:30 the day is Wednesday she was so irritated I was returning stuff she gave me a old 100 bill that looked so fake when I asked for another she got annoyed and said they didnt have change if you dont want people to return stuff teach your employees better
