if ZERO stars were an option...I would select that. 1 star is too good for this highly unprofessional store! First of all...they hire these young kids who have absolutely NO CLUE about customer service, let alone they have to work the cash registers too! They all act like they are 5 year old petulant children. And forget about knowing their line of products or inventory, I asked for a comparable. product for some hair color and she brings me back a toner...What??? This is the last time I go to this Sallys! I hope someone there reads these reviews! This is a terrible store! Nobody there can even answer your questions. And that is not all (since I'm going off already) and then they are pretty rude with some of their answers.

Everything they sell seems to have already been used, the razors in a week they no longer work and they don't change them, today I went to return a pair of scissors that I bought 5 days ago and it doesn't cut anything and according to Google they closed at 8 pm but it was 7 when I arrived and even though the girl was there, she didn't want to help me because it was already closed! Very bad company (never again Sally's pure garbage
