DR. Kim explained the options and procedures with me. He was very easy to talk to. Best Dentist I've ever seen. Honest, pleasant to talk to, you will be glad you chose him to be your Dentist, I am !

Dr. Kim is a most brilliant dentist! He is highly skilled and very knowledgeable. I've had issues with the staff, but they have made up for their mistakes.

I experienced the worst in customer care! First from Eddie, who told me to come in first thing in the morning to exchange denture before it is sent to the lab for repair. I got there 20 minutes early next morning, driving 40 minutes in the rain and before they opened office, only to hear from the office staff, Marina, and another office worker, that they have already sent my denture to the lab for repair! No apologies, no accountability! For a mistake that was clearly theirs! Just to show some sympathy, and that they cared, for what they put me through! Going all that 40 minutes drive in rain, for nothing! Which only added more insult to injury! I'm so very disappointed!
