I absolutely love my dentist here. Dr. Leoni is so kind, calm, and caring! I love all of the staff at Canyon Crest Dental -- from the front desk, to billing, to the technicians... they run a tight ship and I always feel like I'm getting the best care.

Terrible! My first appointment was for full xrays etc. Instead they switched it to hygienist appointment and mini visit/ emergency visit with dentist! I had already told them that I did want not want a hygienist appointment. I think they figured I had good insurance. So they made me reschedule. Then I came back and I just wanted xrays and 2 roots in back removed. I said I would only do what was covered by insurance. They then went and called insurance. They told me it was all covered. During exam they also told me I had poor bone in front left area. I knew I didn't want them for my treatment plan. I took the xrays to my old dentist which was quite a distance from me. She did what I needed and remarked what good bone I had in front area! Then....3 months later they send me a bill. Saud insurance didn't cover it all. I told them they verified it that day! Then tge NASTY girl said they would send to collections. Bill less than 40 dollars but I don't like being lied to about bill, unnecessary bone grafts, and scheduling me for stuff I didn't ask for! That being said, the young girls who were the dental assistants were lovely

Ive been coming here for years and its always a pleasant experience. The whole staff is always friendly and kind. They make sure all questions are answered and all concerns are addressed. Highly recommended!
