I went there once. Without seeing the doctor or any treatment, an old tall nurse gave a bill of 369 dollars, including 160 for X-ray and rest 209 for cleaning the teeth. When I asked to see the doctor first to check the possibility of treatment, the old tall nurse was suddenly agitated, showing a sullen threatening face. Very likely her bonus was greatly from the 369 dollars for each new client. I just tell the truth so that all the neighborhood and UCR community can know this fact.

My family has been coming for years always amazing service very high quality of customer service from EVERYONE and fantastic results. I seriously highly recommended and takes very good care of you and your children.

Never have I thought I'd actually look forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Hao and the rest of the staff are so friendly and incredibly helpful. You never leave without having everything taken care of. They make you feel comfortable and treat you like family. I'm so glad I found them a few years ago.

We have been going to University Village Dentistry since 2000. They are always friendly amazing and professional! We love the whole office. We usual see Dr Rojas and she is funny gentle and amazing! Dr Hao is equally amazing and we love all the wonderful employees that work so hard and always friendly and kind. Leslie is the office manager. She is so happy kind and smart. We think they are the best dental office in California. I like morning appts and my husband likes late appts and they accommodated us both. They always take care of our healthy smiles!
