Love this place. Some dental practices feel like a hustle. This feels like health care. Happy to have all 5 of my family be taken care of here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is terrible. I used to go here years ago. I always kept my twice yearly appointments. But I had to cancel once, the morning of an afternoon appointment. I called and explained that I was picking up my sick daughter fromSchool, and was taking her to the doctor. They charged me a $50 cancellation fee, even though I had never cancelled before and was picking up a sick child from school. I told them I was never coming back. I found a new dentist, who unfortunately moved, so I was without a dentist again. I called Dental Associates of Riverside to ask if they were still managed by same office manager from a couple years ago, and they said no they had a whole new team. So I made an appointment 3 weeks ago. The person whom I made the appointment with never mentioned any problems or issues. I showed up for my appointment and was greeted with, "if you want to be seen, you have to pay the $50 cancellation fee from. 4 years ago". I explained the situation, to which the receptionist wasn't concern. I asked for the office manager to call me. No call. They are the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. Steer clear, find another place, trust me.
