        Alexis was my technician. He arrived on time, was very clear in the estimate. Once we agreed on a replacement and other items, Alexis began work . He was very professional and I could tell he took pride in his craft. I would not hesitate to recommend WHO and Alexis to anyone in need of a water heater installation.

        My experience with water heaters , inc was great ! It was my first time using them. I google them on my phone and spoke to to Paul customer rep. He was a professional and friendly rep gave me a quote for new. Bradford white water heater and said he would have installer with the right water heater within one hour. He was right on time gave courtesy call arriving in 10 mins. The installer name was Danny he was a great guy , and new his stuff replaced all my copper pipes took pride in his work came out great upgraded to 50 gallon , He put drip pan with a plywood board to hold water heater. I give them 5 stars I would highly recommend them. I will refer them to my neighbors and family thats for sure ! The gave me a good competitive rate too I call 5 other places they were the best!
