I was in a bind with a leaky kitchen faucet. After a few calls to other places, Righty Tighty proved to be the most responsive. They sent Justin out right away. Justin arrived, assessed the situation, and thoroughly explained the problem and his recommendation for a fix. I learned quite a bit from his explanation and was very pleased when he completed the job within an hour. The service charge was very reasonable. Thank you so much.
