        The guy in Jarupa Valley that rented us the truck was great! The lady for the truck return in Yucca Valley was not there, even though they were supposed to be open. Penske found the owner and she showed up 20 minutes later. She was extremely rude and seemed very bothered by our return. She didn't even want me to enter her store. She just kept saying, "I just need the key." While trying to brush me off. So ... Yucca Penske...thumbs down. Jarupa Penske...thumbs up
