Haley's Tax Services: Caperton Christine

This review is after a full on argument with Christine who finally decided to answer the phone for the fourth tim over six months. If you want you taxes to be properly done DO NOT GO HERE. ANYWHERE ELSE would be better than here. Christine specifically does not know how to separate personal life from work. Nor does she know how to answer the phone, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. They will overcharge you just because they think you will not notice. Save your money and do it yourself or someone else you actually know. Christine is absolutely incapable of her job as a tax preparer. She will pretend that she wants to help you. DO NOT BE FOOLED. She would rather ignore you for 6 months. Or be a liar and tell you she will call back and just won't. This place takes you going in as an inconvenience. PLEASE GO TO AN ACTUAL CPA-- most of them are held to standards. Christine had none.

Place is great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Came in to do my taxes for my LLC (first time) and everything was explained and whole process was smooth.

I submitted tax info and bank statements as well as W2. Its been 6 months since I started going through this accountant and Im still waiting. My taxes are late and shes ignoring my attempts to reach out with concerns and just wanting to do the right thing and pay my taxes. This service is causing me stress. If she isnt doing any of this poor quality service to you then maybe has preferred clients. I dont know, but Im not enjoying the service and I have had no success so far. If this is a sign of a good accountant, this ones for you. I highly recommend only accountants that function true to their word in a timely manner that make the client feel assured and honored both personally and professionally. This one will make you wait and beg to Finnish the very thing shes in business to do with vague responses.
