The family and I stayed here for the weekend as our daughter was competing in an IEA show at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds. Things I liked: - Room was spacious enough for 4 but suitcase space was not as sufficient as other Hampton Inns. - Coat hooks! These were great as it was raining while there. It was nice to be able to dry out our coats. - Beds were quite comfortable - AC kept the room cool so we could sleep without sweating! - Room was pretty quiet even though we were right near the elevator - Facility was clean - 2 elevators so we never had to wait long - Breakfast buffet was standard for Hampton Inns but I was pleasantly surprised that when they were out of oatmeal at 9:45, they made me more. - Coffee was great and I love that they have the concentrated Coffee Mate liquid creamers in Vanilla and Hazelnut. - Employees were super helpful, kind and never acted annoyed or put out with any requests. - Water bottle refill station located in the fitness room which was right off the lobby. - Ample parking for large vehicles. Things I would change: - No extra storage space in an already small bathroom. Where are 4 people supposed to put their toiletries if there isnt even an extra shelf in the vanity. Even the hairdryer has to be stored elsewhere. - 2 towel hooks. 4 peoples worth of towels but only 2 hooks. Where do we put towels to dry since we need to reuse them due to the every-other-day cleaning schedule? - Left-turn out of the parking lot to get to the freeway was quite tricky. - More suitcase racks would be great so we dont have to place everything on the floor.

Stayed 3 days. Wont be back. Very poor maintenance. Customer service by a few select people there really sealed it. I try to come in the door at night and the guy wont let me in. He ignored me. I stood there holding my stuff for 10 min on my third night there. When I finally got in the front door he could not figure out how to make me any keys for my room. Luckily my friend was in the room. 5 times he made a key and they didn't work. Rooms: I had to change the first room because the room smelled very bad like mold.

Not semi truck friendly Food & drinks: Breakfast is great every morning. I'm glad they have a little general store in lobby, most restaurants were closed in area so I was able to still eat a little something at the late time I checked in, thank you!

I stayed here for a short 2-night business trip, and it was the first time I left with friends! What sets this hotel apart from others is the friendliness of the staff, specifically the front desk manager Kash. He greeted everyone, remembered their names, introduced us to one another, and not in an over bearing way, just perfect enough to make the whole hotel look up and say hello to one another. It was an experience I feel like I haven't gotten since the 90's, before we were just starring at our phones! I never thought I would enjoy the same lobby as a figure skater, or introduce myself and enjoy a cookie and chat with an old man I had nothing in common with, or meet a 2-year old that made me laugh while I was working on my laptop. These precocious moments are all because of Kash, and I hope to see him and hear more fun stories of his family when I return! This is an obvious HIGH Recommendation! Noteworthy details: What sets this hotel apart from others is the friendliness of the staff, specifically the front desk manager Kash.
