first time renting a uhaul. i found this location on uhaul website. I been driving through valley blvd for decades and didn't notice a uhaul until i needed to move a ton of gym equipment. decided to select this location since its smack right in the middle, and there is parking on the street on sunday at 7am for me to drop of my car and use the uhaul. the staff at that time was KJ (kaitlyn johnson). she was there right at the opening time, and allowed me access into the compound. she check me in and was friendly for being at 7am. she showed me the van, and the other contractual stuff, and i was off. The van almost seemed untouch. it still had almost a new car smell still lingerly, it was easy to drive, and loaded 4x8 plywood easly. you could build a damm house with the van. i'll come back here next time when i have more stuff to move.

Store more self storage is great. I rented a truck from here and it was the best truck rental experience Ive ever had -in and out quick no nonsense no fuss got everything I needed perfect truck. Super cool staff staff is great. I cant say enough about the staff really makes a difference but KJ in particular was wonderful.
