This place has poor communication with their customers. I rented a car a week at a time and every week I would see a charge. Then when I returned it I was charged the full amount. I was told those charges weren’t actually charges they were authorization holds to make sure there was money in my account . If their protocol is to explain that to customers, they epically failed! Bad customer service

Location has moved. It is no longer an Enterprise. Had to take an uber here only to be uber out to other location. They need to update / remove this location.

This review is for the location on 150 N sunrise ave Roseville ca . I have to give them one star only because it wont let me put a review, first they didnt have the vehicle I ask for and she said they were going to up grade me but she ask for a whole bunch of stuff ,I had to cancel my reservation because they ask me for declaration of my insurance, pay stub , utility bill or any bill with my address on it who carries around all that paper work ,I had pictures on my phone of my policy she didnt take it, I show her a check stub from 3 weeks ago she didnt take it, and I didnt even try to log in into one of my accounts to show proof of my address, I had been renting vehicles with this company for a long time and every time I rent at this location there is always something wrong last time they made me wait over 40 minutes to have my vehicle ready, I come to this location only because the other location that I go to on riverside ave is closed customer service here is the best they ask you if you have any changes on your information or they let you know ahead of time if you are going to need to bring any documents but not right there when you are ready to pick up the vehicle , we rent vehicles often and Im taking my business somewhere else, who really appreciates their customers time and money.
