Lush Cosmetics Roseville Galleria

I was very disappointed to hear how my friend and her daughter were treated at Lush Cosmetics Roseville Galleria. They purchased a couple of items and total was over $50. She pulled out a $100 bill and the clerk treated her as if she had just robbed a bank! After running the bill under counterfeit light 4 times and marking the bill with a counterfeit pin all while looking up at them to examine them. If that wasn't mortifying enough, the clerk then calls for backup and the second clerk proceeds to treat them in the same manner! I understand scanning large bills for counterfeit however one time under light and marker should have been enough. I thought this store's motto was supposed to be all about "inclusivity?" Apparently not, if you are brown and paying with large bills. Very disappointing Lush Cosmetics!

12/22/2023 NEW REVIEW upgraded from 2 stars for Trevor and Trevor only. So kind, helpful and generous during a time of pure chaos. 11/25/2022 DID NOT give the "Lush Experience" I expected. Walked in three or four employees standing together talking, no one approached me, the few people I talked with didn't attempt to build rapport or suggest like products. At the counter when I went to exchange my pots for fresh masks I was given this run around because my pots weren't 'clean enough to eat off of' I understand that it's California and not the employee who was really kind. Sadly no one gave me their name, so no shout outs. All in all, I won't be making the stop at this Lush when I make the annual trip to my parents. I don't recommend this location because the vibe I got was unknowledgeable. I mean one of the employees I talked to briefly told me since I liked the way a product smelled I should get it.... what if I was allergic to an ingredient? Poor customer service, based on this Lush location training seems to be lacking.

This location was absolutely amazing. I went in with my wild 2 year old daughter on Monday and the staff were incredible paitent and even attentive to her showing her products and indulging her when she asked them to smell what she was holding. Abey and Treim are absolute gems at this store and we're so so sweet. Truly amazing. Highly recommend the products but the staff here are what make lush a true experience to remember.

Absolutely LOVE visiting this store! It's like a dream come true to find so many products for so many different needs and tastes! It's always so worth the drive to get here and be helped by this team. Shout out to Hailey at the galleria location for making my visit beyond enjoyable! Thank you so much lush team!!
