Titan Workforce

I found this company to be lacking integrity and dishonest. They do not care about their employees, they offer no vacation pay and no appreciation for your hard work. They offered terms at hiring that they had no intentions of honoring. Simon is a liar and will sabotage your efforts to continue to work in the construction industry. Scandalous and untrustworthy.Heres a follow up, having been a prior Titan employee I recieved notice of inclusion on a class action settlement that Titan has been held resposible for. Apparently their mistreatment of other employees finally caught up with them to the tune of $625,000 dollars. Yeah, a couple of great guys to work for. Somehow not a suprise!

Awesome company to work for. They took care of me and keep me busy. They also opened up news doors for me and go me hired on full time with another company with awesome benefits and pay. I now use Titan Workforce employees daily. Can't say enough good things about this company. They truly care for the people who work for them.

I really enjoyed my experience working with the Titan Workforce team. When I first connected with Dave, Simon, & Larry I was transitioning my career from Commercial Real Estate to Residential Construction. They sought to understand my passions and goals - personally strategizing my future in the construction industry. They quickly got me acclimated, kept me busy with interesting projects, and within a year landed a full-time employment opportunity with a reputable national builder. In my opinion, their knowledge and expertise put me on the fast track for success.

I had never heard of this organization until a close family friend directed me to an extraordinary individual named Simon G. who works under this company. From the start, Simon has displayed such a kind and enthusiastic attitude in wanting to assist me to getting the current job that I have. He is so patient and actually cares about the success of whoever he is helping. His diligence in making sure that my questions were answered in a timely manner is something that I dearly appreciate and am thankful for. Thank you again Simon for all of your hard work and dedication in caring about my future and my goals.
