Following up on my previous review.  3 weeks after policies confirmed cancelled, Mercury again auto withdrew my monthly auto premium (on 11/22 for a policy cancelled on 11/2).  When I contact Mercury billing and Matt (at the Roseville office) I was told that there are 2 separate systems that they must cancel the policy and the auto payment in...and the agent (Pam) had failed to cancel the auto payments.  When I heard back from Pam I was told that Mercury was behind in their cancellations and they would complete it today.  Not sure when they will return my premium.  I'm not sure who is telling the truth, but 3 weeks after cancelling a policy there is no reason Mercury should still be taking funds from my account.  Be VERY careful if you chose to do business with Pam at
