I selected Nicholas to help for applying for "California Dream for All Loan Program" by trust in March 03, 2024. But it turns out to be very disappointed. He and his assistant collected all my personal information, and hard pulled my credit check, which is nearly 800 score. But then it seems they closed their business, not reachable by email and by cellphone. The date when I wrote this review is April 03, 2024, my application still have not any updates, while the " California Dream Loan Program" has started. I am writing this to let you know, when you choose him to apply for a loan, you have to ask him: " Are you reachable for communication during the loan processing", if the answer is " Yes", then go ahead, hope you good luck!

I reached out to Nick as a first time home buyer and he was very knowledgeable on the phone and I was excited to work with him, till I never heard from him again. I reached out to both him and the office MANY times and never got an email, text, or phone call back. I was very upset and discouraged. If he didn't want to work with me, that is all he had to say so I didn't waste my time.

Nick is great at what he does and all of his team. He does everything I would expect in a timely manner. He is very responsive and that is what I needed in a lender. I would highly recommend to all of my friends and family.
