I sold my rental property through Parris Krygsman and he provided the best real estate experience Ive ever had. Very professional, responsive to a wide variety of needs. His resources for professional services needed to sell my property proved extremely helpful. He made suggestions on cleanup, paint & small amount of repair and replacement. He then marketed the property so well with all his social media sites that my rental was in escrow within 12 hours of hitting Zillow and closed with in 35 days. I Highly recommend PARRIS KRYGSMAN.
