        My experience started with a huge lack of knowledge! The tax preparer didnt even know that I am head of household because she didnt know the qualifications for HOH. I decided to stay with my original tax person, and picked up my paperwork. I told the supervisor and tax representative that I am staying with my old place. Days later they called me and told me my taxes were done. They are disorganized and clearly dont pay attention. I called again and told the supervisor I did not want my taxes done, and gave my first and last name twice. Then later that evening got another call that my taxes were done. Im shocked that they are handling peoples money!
