From start to finish, Kaitlin was amazing throughout our entire wedding planning experience. As a military couple, planning for anything can be impossible, but she was there every step of the way to guide, assist and support us to ensure we could enjoy our big day with family and friends. Her knowledge, expertise, flexibility and attention to detail gave us such peace of mind as things out of our control were constantly changing. Our day would not have been as calm, enjoyable and successful as it was without her! Even our families and guests took notice and had nothing, but amazing things to say about her throughout our wedding weekend. Thank you again, Kaitlin! I highly recommend Kaitlins wedding coordinator services. I had a small intimate wedding at my home, and thanks to her the day went perfectly. I planned my wedding in 6 months, and Kaitlin was there every step of the way to ensure I was getting things done on time. She provides super helpful planning spreadsheets and videos to keep you on track and she brings up tiny details that you would have never thought of on your own. As a bride, you dont want to have the added stress of dealing with vendors on your wedding day. Kaitlin takes over communication with them prior to the wedding day and handles everything for you from there! She is so kind, thoughtful and detail oriented. Kaitlin did a fantastic job organizing, decorating and coordinating our wedding. She was our wedding planner and florist and she excelled at both jobs. I still can't believe how smoothly the wedding day went and how beautiful the floral arrangements were. She helped make sure every little detail was perfected and was a joy to work with. She had wonderful communication and worked so hard to ensure our guests and us had a beautiful wedding weekend. I am so glad we chose Kaitlin as our coordinator and florist, and would highly recommend that you do too. I couldn't imagine having anyone else by our side for our special day.

If youre looking for a wedding planner, look no further! Kaitlin is meticulous about every aspect of wedding planning/coordination, which kept us on track, thinking about the things we would have otherwise missed. She was always reachable by email/text outside of our scheduled meetings and always quick to respond. I appreciated her openness, flexibility, and collaboration, bringing our non-traditional (weekend festival-style campout) springtime wedding vision to life with 200+ guests. Day of coordination, she had an assistant and they did a fantastic job of handling things that might have gone wrong without our knowledge, which made for a smooth and easeful wedding day. We hired Kaitlin and Forever Peaceful Events for our wedding coordinator and florals, and we couldnt have been happier! She kept our day running smoothly and on-time, gave us helpful planning resources leading up to the day, and set up all our decor just as we imagined. The florals were SO beautiful, I sent inspiration photos of the bouquets and arrangements and they turned out even better than I imagined! Our wedding was the best day thanks to Kaitlin, and having her as our coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a wedding!
