I had some friends in Mill Valley looking to sell their home, we looked around and her name came up over dinner. However, imagine my shock, in the same conversation someone mentioned how horribly she treats her staff. Once a second bottle was opened, the truth bubbled to the top, she fired an assistant for attending a funeral. A funeral. Apparently, it took too long to bury the dearly departed. If you have a choice between this lady, or the plethora of agents out there, look elsewhere.
