Great store! we found snow boots for our toddler and the staff was nice. We returned later for a jacket and the guy gave us advice to not get stuck in traffic on our way to Snow Valley. Any other ski rental store had high prices for ski gear. We're happy we found this hardware.

The dude with the ponytail that works there was rude and condescending. So much so that I walked out without a purchase. Dont understand why people just cant be nice.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I was grateful that they took the time to help me find out the type of battery that I needed for my car key fob, and they had it in stock and put it in for me! I know I can do it all myself but the extra mile to be helpful is everything to me. Thank you!
